Beat the game on "Original" difficulty, True Ending, and the only unlocked challenge is the Machine Gun Challenge. I tried editing the mods.txt file to play Boss Attack and textures were missing/messed up.

Also every time I boot up the game I need to go back into the Controls settings and change remappings back to the way I like them.

Does this happen with the Steam version? Are there any fixes?
