When I start up Carmageddon the intro plays and after that I hear the music but the screen is black. If I hit alt tab and bring the game back up it is in a small window and I can see the game. How do I get the game to work on full screen?

It worked for me, although in my case the fullscreen was black all the time except for the DOSBox text.
