Was reading over the Carmageddon overview on the GOG store page, and the wording of the last paragraph caught my eye.
"Carmageddon was surrounded by huge controversy. A game about mowing down innocent race cars and getting points for it was not exactly something the world was prepared for back when it released." - http://www.gog.com/game/carmageddon_max_pack
Was this line meant to mention mowing down pedestrians instead of race cars? The sentence doesn't make a whole lot of sense currently, vehicular combat has previously been featured in games controversy-free (Twisted Metal), and even then you don't really "mow down" race cars, they take a few whacks before they're completely wrecked.
If the paragraph is meant to be about mowing down race cars then ignore this thread, but I thought something seemed a little off.
