So I reached rank 1 in Carmageddon, and from what I can recall there was supposed to be an ending cut-scene and all of the cars were supposed to be unlocked. I still only have the cars that I've stolen and there was no cut-scene. Am I missing something here?

I believe you need to complete all races at least once.

I guess I have to replay it again. It wont let me play the races once they turn red. Oh well, more grannies to run over.

At this point (Rank 1), last six tracks should still be active (green). Finish them all, and you should see the ending. After that, all cars and tracks will be unlocked.

Just finished the game today, and it worked for me. Every car, every race is unlock, including the supressor, different colours eagles and hawks, etc.
