I've seen people talking about using an official Microsoft wired XBOX 360 gamepad with this game on the Steam forums.
People say it works out of the box and they just reconfigure the controls in the options.

My wired XBOX 360 gamepad is working as usual with all my other stuff but a fresh install of TDR 2000
does not see the gamepad at all, apparently. It does not respond to it in-game and in the binding options
it does not respond to any button or trigger press when attempting to re-assign controls.

If there is a setting anywhere to "enable gamepad" or the like I cannot locate that either.

I understand people also use software such as Xpadder to map the gamepad to keyboard keys for this game
but since there are many reports of the XBOX gamepad working with the game that is my preference, especially
since remappers don't allow for analog control.

Am I missing an option somewhere? How do I get it to "see" the gamepad?
