I have compiled a patch for modern systems: disk.yandex.ru/d/koiwDvBIUgP68A
Full-screen widescreen (the interface can only be stretched), desktop resolution, working music on modern systems, working WSAD layout (can be reassigned to CarmaKeyBinder.exe ), no freezes (dx11).
Installation: unzip the archive to the root of the installed game from this distribution with a replacement, set the path in Launch Carmageddon 2 Carpocalypse Now to CARMA2_HW0.EXE by saving the -d3d parameter. Launch Carmageddon 2 Carpocalypse Now
