When I visit the store page for "Carmageddon Max Pack" or "Carmageddon 2: Carpocalypse Now" the site redirects to the generic games page. I cannot find these games while searching.

The links open fine in private browser mode (when logged out). What could this be?

These games are region locked and can't be sold in Germany.

Thought as much. But I'm not in Germany so it seems GoG relies on broken Geo IP services.

I see you are in Netherlands, and, as far as I know, you should be able to buy the Carmageddon games from there.

Maybe deleting all the gog.com cookies in your browser could fix the issue, and you can try to change your IP (if it's dynamic) or you can ask your provider to get a new one (if it's static), but more probably there is nothing you can do by yourself, so I suggest you to contact GOG support to solve the issue.

Thanks, logging out, deleting all cookies actually worked. Thanks again!
