Trying to install Capsized.

1. Nothing happens after launching the installer.
2. The process setup_capsized_2.0.0.7.tmp *32 runs in the Task Manager at 50% CPU indefinitely.
3. Waiting for this does not resolve the problem (I have waited 1 hour with no result).
4. UAC is turned completely off.
5. All antivirus has been disabled

PS. I have tried to contact support but failed (the form keeps asking me for a DxDiag file and simply refuses to submit)
