I was wondering if anyone knew how to make all product sets available, or had done so already. Capitalism Plus is an awesome game, and the products are well thought out and intuitive. However, it's dissapointing to have the game split into three 'focused' sets of products instead of allowing access to them all. Sure, it might sound daunting, but you have the abilty to create ANYTHING in one game! So does anyone have an idea how one might go about doing this?

No, it's not possible; back in the day games weren't commonly moddable.
Also, there would be conflicts between the various sets, an example is the department store -><- supermarket one: in the Food&Beverages set, the latter substitutes the depatment store, and so one of them couldn't be built in such a mish-mash game, probably resulting in the products tradeable there to be non-sellable.
