Hi,
I currently have 1.08c version of capitalism II.
No matter how I change the resolution of the game, I am having black borders around game screen. The actual game screen is so small it is basically unplayable for me.
Any solutions to fix this? ( my monitor is HD)

No matter what, the game will render at 800x600. This is a built-in limitation.
