So, Capitalism 2 (1.08) won't run on Windows 8.1 Pro (x64), ATI Radeon HD6450. It crashes after playing and clicking around (Cap.exe has stopped working).

Also, minimap doesnt update when one toggles the minimap "show this and that" buttons. Not to say that you dont get main map updated when you switch cities.

So, after running compatibily troubleshooter ("report the MS and find a solution"), Windows finally reported "incompatible program". Setting compatibily myself or allowing Windows to automatically do it, didn't change a thing. Nor did running in admin mode.

Any insight?
