Files do apparently exist but are inaccessible atm. The system used to display file links does not work with the new vB5 they're using since latest site migration. No idea if there's plans to upgrade it to work with vB5 at later date or not. Currently basically only thing left of the site is the forums. Even that has lost large portion of old posts.
