This game is very multiplayer capable with third party programs(much like a couple of other games here on GOG) and well, to not be misleading I think Multiplayer should be added into the information screen, I was not sure about buying Call to Power 2 at first due to no Multiplayer, then a friend buys it and I ask him to try it with me, we tried it and it worked!
