When I click "play" in GOG galaxy the game doesn't launch; the "play" button gets grey then back to purple. If you see a way to solve this please tell me. otherwise I'll ask for a refund.

so fyi I managed to launch an play the game; it was a dll missing. (gog launcher wouldn't give me an error message; I figured it by trying launching the game manually). can't remember the name of dll; but I just downloaded it and copied it in the game folder. Hope it helps. cheers

Same here, no luck so far, I'll glady employ any means to make it work.

I just had the same issue. Turns out the dll is VCRUNTIME140_1.dll. It is part of Visual C++ so I'm looking up how to fix it now.

The same exact thing happens to me. Can't get the game to play at all. None of the fixes suggested work.
