Nimue_de: I ran into an issue in chapter 6 which resulted in a corrupt savegame (thankfully I had an older save to go back to, but I lost some progress).

In the first room of the sanctuary, it is possible to interact with the stone disks while standing in the basin (i.e. on the "wrong" side of the disks). Doing so will move you around to the "correct" side, but you will be stuck in the ground unable to move. Worse, exiting the game at this point will create a corrupt autosave which (in my case at least) caused the game to freeze upon loading.

The obvious workaround is to avoid interacting with the disks from the wrong side, but this really should be fixed.
