Not sure if anyone noticed but If you use GOG galaxy there's a bunch of achievements for the game however I saw only one... after that upon closing the game I noticed a bunch more unlocked.. I guess they load in the background. I see achievements appearing in Divinity Original Sin and I think they look neat.. It's a minor gripe but I'd like to know if there's a workaround. Thx!

I recently played the game and unlocked over 80% of the achievements. I have not noticed any oddities. As of this writing, my GOG GALAXY version is 2.0.30.
