Back in the day I used to own this game, lost it and now have the GOG version. Back in the day I also modified the game. In there is a .cvs file (can be opened with Excel) that holds some of the games values, I can change them to cheat, or add new items to the game.

What I need to know is how to open these .smk files and extract the contents to modify some the files?


Edit: Oops looks like it was Civ City game that I'm thinking of. Nevermind.
