the game dont start I have try the admin setting and the screen setting. But nothing helps. The only thing i get is a black screen for a short time before i end up back in windows.

It's not a Windows 7 issue since the game runs fine according to most people. I smell a video card issue from the description of the crash.

Turning off any overlays, such as those generated from nVidia's Shadowplay, appears to fix the issue for Pharaoh users. The same could probably be applied to Caesar 3.
