Full Swedish sound and text pack +1080p.exe +Soundloop fix

Unpack all the files into /caesar 3 folder.
Write over existing files.
Start with normal c3.exe or c3 - 1920x1080.exe(For full HD)
For more resolutions download and put into caesar 3's install folder.
