Occasionally (and now every time) When i start the game it gets stuck on a black loading screen.



My Specs
CPU: Intel Core i7-3770
Memory: 32 GB RAM @ 1600mhz
GPU: Geforce GTX 650 Ti Boost
Driver Version: 340.43
OS Windows 7 Ultimate 64

Have you tried different compatibility modes, yet. Maybe it's more stable then.
