I've got a Radeon R9 390 and a lot of the textures in the game are showing as bright pink / colour changing.
Does anyone know anything that i might be able to try to fix this?

Have the same problem, you can blame Win10, ever since the creators update and the addition of the fullscreen optimizations feature, it broke this game and EIB for certain cards, the 390 being one of them.
To fix this you need to put the game in windowed mode.
Make a shortcut on the desktop.
Right click on it and go to properties.
On the target box add this at the end "-windowed" without the quotes.
Launch the game and you will notice that the pink boxed textures are gone, if you alt-enter to fullscreen they will appear again, now of course we don't want to play the game like that so you will have to download a program called
Windowed Borderless Gaming
Google and download it, run it, and follow these steps:
Run the program then start up the game.
Make sure you run the game in windowed mode
After you have set your game to run windowed, click the borderless program tray icon (in the taskbar) and select "Add window"
Go back to your game and while the game is active press the hotkey ("by default it's F3")
And that should do it. Same method works on EIB.
You have to run borderless widescreen every time you play, thankfully the program with remember the game and that you want it to be played in borderless so you don't have to press F3 and go to the taskbar on run, just run borderless then launch the game.
