So, I've talked to the support guys and they told me to do some troubleshooting, which, unfortunately, didn't solve the issue. I just wanted to let you guys know what they suggested.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
If you want to troubleshoot this issue, then please follow these steps:
1) Please make sure that you use "Run as Administrator" to install and to start the game (right-click on the shortcut or setup file and select "Run as Administrator"). If you are running the game via Galaxy, you can skip this step.
2) Please reinstall the game AND add it to your anti-virus/firewall software's exception/trusted list (This also includes Windows Defender!) Simply disabling firewall or AV software could not be enough, since some of these antivirus programs are running still in background or in the services list. If you are using Galaxy, then please add Galaxy as well.
Please try to install the game on your C:\ drive but outside of Program Files or Program Files(x86) folder.
Please make sure that you install the game to a short path, for example:
C:\GOG or C:\Games
3) Please download and install DirectX Web Installer:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=35 Please bear in mind that this will only add DirectX 9.0c to the available pool of DirectX libraries, and it will not overwrite your other versions. Some games are not able to utilize newer DirectX libraries, and they require DirectX 9.0c.
4) Please update your graphics device drivers:
http://support.amd.com/en-us/download 5) Please set a more standard refresh rate (60 Hz). To do this right-click an empty space on your desktop, select Screen Settings > Display Adapter Properties > Monitor tab > change the Screen refresh rate to 60 Hertz.
6) Maybe you have some settings forced on your graphics device in Radeon Settings. If so then try to reset them:
I) Right-click on your desktop and select Radeon Settings.
II) Select Preferences -> Restore Factory Defaults.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1) Please could you change your desktop resolution to 1024x768 or 800x600 and set the same in the game settings and see if it helps with the jittery movements.
2) Please try disabling the “enhance pointer precision” option. To do this, go to Start -> Control Panel -> Mouse -> Pointer Options, then make sure that “Enhance pointer precision” is un-checked, and click OK. If you have other options selected in this tab, then please disable them as well.
3) Please could you try to run the game in Safe Mode?
To do so please go to the game in your GOG library, click MORE>Other>Safe Mode

Can you all please try these steps and see if you can solve the issue?
