I was wondering why the pot disappears from your inventory, when you leave the Glease gallery? I don't want to give the pot to Laine,because he breaks it. But it's lame when it's just disappears! What's the point here -- makers of the game? :D

It isn't uncommon for adventure games to toss the items that are no longer relevant. It isn't also the last time it happens in BS2 - you'll find over time that even more items go away, although not just in a blink of an eye, but rather when the setting changes (e.g. George travels elsewhere). Let's blame excess luggage charges ;)
