ADz-1983: Only an extra 2GB for Ep2, I'm guessing this "half" is shorter then Ep1 then? :(
They said it would be a little shorter, but with harder puzzles. Trying pretty much everything meant Episode 1 lasted eight hours for me. (And I still haven't figured out how to change the phones.) Let's say Episode 2 will be six hours, that's still a good length. Even if you rush through the game and not try to get every line of dialogue, it will probably be at least six to seven hours for the whole game.
I would guess not. Most of the assets which take up space are probably character models and the game engine and these stay the same.
Could you upload save file after part 1 end game? I've lost my mine :(

Yes, you can change George and Nico's phones. I don't know how, though. But it's definitely in there. Tony Warriner mentioned it on his blog or Twitter (can't remember where exactly).

Yeah, what for? I finished playing it without ever chaging the phones. Never saw the need for it. Does it accomplish anything, like another achievement perhaps? I only made it to 28/35.

There's ton's of Easter eggs - most are just fun extras but others are tied to achievements. Try everything on everything, and also look for hidden objects in the background - not every hotspot announces itself with a label...
