One major nitpicking annoyance for me, regarding episode 2 (and I discuss this in my review) is that George and Nico don't change clothes between the first and second episodes. George still has his sport coat, but even wackier, Nico is strolling around the Iraqi desert and climbing through tombs in the same cocktail party miniskirt and high heels she was wearing in the art gallery in Paris. That makes no sense. In the two previous games, they dressed mission appropriate. I know that's a nitpick, but it really takes me out of the story and disrupts the sense of adventure.
