I think the bottom part of the screen is being cutoff, I'm not too sure though, the bottom part when I mouse over to see the inventory I can only see about half to 3/4 of the item, Is that a bug or is it normal?
Edit:
Forgot to mention I'm playing Broken sword 2, and my computers running windows XP professional sp2, with a Nvidia 9800gtx+.

That isn't normal, is there a black bar at the top or is the games image bigger then your screen? Does the game have a config or ini file with resolution settings you can mess with?
Also what sort of monitor are you using?
I'm using a Hanns-G 22inch widescreen, The top bar seems to be the right size, possibly a bit big, but the bottom bar for the inventory seems to be cut off. I Tried running it at 640x480 from compatibility mode, it didn't fix it, however when I took a screenshot and opened it in paint, everything was there. I've tried running my monitors auto adjust while in game but it didn't help.

Edit:
I fixed my issue, I was going through my monitor settings and found an aspect ratio option, I switched it from full to fit, then ran auto adjust again, and it fixed it, it added black bars to the sides but it made the picture look quite a bit better as well as fixing the over scanning issue.

Quick question is there any option for Nvidia cards to force the aspect ratio for a specific application?

I'm having the same issue, or at least a similar issue. I'm actually connected to a TV (Samsung LN40B650), running Win7 at 1920x1080, with an NV 8600GT card.

No black bars. Starting the game in windowed mode it appears fine. When I switched to full screen, I do in fact get a full screen, but the top of the screen is missing, as is the bottom. I have updated video drivers (including beta drivers), checked the driver for aspect ratio correction (doesn't work with or without it), and have played with every setting my "monitor" provides, I can find absolutely no way to get this to work.

This applies to both Broken Sword 1: Director's Cut and Broken Sword 2: Remastered. Every other game I'm running under this setup behaves normally, as do all other GoG releases I have tried.
