Ok, so the game has original resolution windowed, scaled windowed and full screen scaled. Does anyone know how I can get it to run at 640x480 full screen?

Manually changing your desktop resolution to 640x480 should work

BrowncoatGR: Manually changing your desktop resolution to 640x480 should work

Actually, you can just go into Compatibility Settings of the shortcut and select 640x480.
You really should do this as the game automatically uses your desktop resolution otherwise - which makes everything very blurry.

I play DC with 1920x1200 resolution (my lcd native res) but the dialog fonts are too small. Is there any solution to make them bigger? I don't want to change the resolution because every non-native resolution on my monitor look blurry.

I'm after a solution to this too. Is there anyway to make the font actually readable at resolutions higher than 640x480?
