Hi, I'm assuming this isn't a GOG issue per se, but rather, just a BS4 issue, but who knows. The cursor in the game is slow and unresponsive, and not just in-game, but on the menu screen as well. However, the graphics load just fine and when I move George around with the keyboard, the game works just fine. I can use the mouse on objects, but it's just too slow in-game. I have no problems with the mouse outside of the game. And changing the screen resolution and graphic settings to minimum doesn't seem to help at all. This isn't a new game, and I'm on a new laptop with 64-bit Windows 7 which managed to launch much newer games just fine. Thanks for your time and help!

Never mind, got it, turning anti-aliasing off fixed it 100%. I'm stupid for not trying that in the first place. But I'll just leave the topic in case someone has the same issue. I guess that with the free Broken Sword 1, a lot of people like me will be playing through the series in order, so maybe this will help someone.
