I have the DVD version of Broken Sword 4, and it requires a patch in modern systems. It used to be on Revolution's website (the links are still there) but the files seem to have been taken down.

Does anyone here maybe have a copy of them somewhere? I've asked in Revolution's forums and sent them an e-mail too but haven't got any replies, so I don't know where else to ask...

I found the files using the Wayback Machine.

Revolution website under support, scroll down and click on BS4, the patch is there.
