I have looked at the cliff on zombie island (unclimable). I have picked up the coal, I have looked at the boat and seen the fishing tackle and net. I then tried to talk to Rio. However, the only topic he will discuss is Emily playing hide and seek. I cnnot get the net..

I tried starting over from Ketchi island.
I tried talking to Rio after looking at the cliff , but before pickig up the coal.
i tried to wander off.
Nothing gets Rio to discuss anything except Emily

Is there a way out of this?

I may be wrong about this, but I'm kinda remembering that there's a little rock outcropping on the cliff that you have to interact with. Once you interact with the outcropping, you'll be able to get the net from Rio's boat. Broken Sword 2 had a few of these moments where you had to perform things in a certain order to be able to advance in the game.... Quaramonte City is the prime example of this.

You are very welcome. Like I said, Broken Sword 2 was kinda notorious for this kind of puzzle.

I am stuck in the jungle on Zombie Island.

I've found the needle rock and put the marker on top.
But I cannot find my way to Camel back Mountain.

I can only enter and exit the bottom left of the screen that has the hole under the tree, no other exits show up.

Is this a bug with the Mac OSX version?
