When i go to play this game it doesn't fit the screen perfectly, On the left side there's a part of it chopped off

strange thing is i can get BS1 remastered working fine but this sequel its wonky,

Sounds odd. I suggest that you try fiddling with your display settings and if that doesn't help then you can always select augmented or original size from game's resolution settings (which isn't the ideal solution, but at least everything will show on screen).
