I'm at the movie set on Zombie Island, and am trying to get the stuntman to do the stunt. He's eaten the syrupy pancake, but when I throw the bun into the hornet bush, George just says something like "Those hornets were not pleased." What am I doing wrong?

Nothing, you need to throw the bun/rock in the bush twice in a row (I think it was twice, though it may be thrice).
Throw the bun, pick up a new one, throw the bun

Before throwing a bun into the bush You must look at the stuntman. George must say something like "He has syrup all over his shirt" - now You can literally stir up a hornet's nest.
