Is there anywhere in the game to use the sunglasses, Indian's underwear, or the coal (besides in the slingshot)?

You can use the piece of coal to unlock an easter egg, when you reach Quaramonte City give it to the goat:

Beside that all those items are useless and were probably added for comic affect.
