When I try to point to pick up or do something my cursor mouse moves funny. It is hard to point directly. What can I do???

Please, be more descriptive, adding your PC specs and your OS.
If you mean the mouse is lagging, it could indicate a poor performance from your hardware. Check system requirements and try lowering graphic settings.
