As a barter character, I went to Taylor's Farm before Brookton and fixed the windmill. My journal showed that I had fixed the windmill. When I spoke with Sean, there were two options:" I fixed the windmill" and "I couldn't fix the windmill". If I told him I fixed it, he was jubilant. The journal still showed "fixed". If I asked him if he needed anything (BCS option), He mentioned the windmill and the journal wiped out the 'fixed' entry. Going back to the farm showed the windmill barely moving and no icons for climbing or repairing it.

Thanks for posting this and for the details on how to repro so we can get to fixing it for the next patch.

Sorry about taking so long to reply. I need to be more active on the GOG forums from now on.
