What the tittle says. Are the missions as-is, Commandos-like, if you want, or are they partly or fully procedural, like XCOM?

All of the levels are hand crafted.
We did try to use procedurally generated maps/missions - however they left a lot to desire when it came to the tactical situations and strategies, so we took the time to hand craft everything.
