I saw that this will be coming to Steam. Does anyone know if this be available on GOG?

Also, I noticed that the Steam version of BROK is on 1.4.7.5 (updated in June), but the GOG version is still on 1.4.7 from February. Any reason for the delay in the update.

The DLC is already listed on GOG: https://www.gog.com/game/brok_the_investigator_the_brawl_bar

Looking at the patch notes for these updates, we're not missing that much, but of course it should be updated here as well.
