I have the same question if anybody knows...
I searched how we could import steam workshop custom maps into the gog version, and found this :
Copy the URL of the map in steam workshop, and paste in this website : steam workshop downloader

Then, download the file, put it in the "levels" folder of Broforce.
Once the game launched, go to custom campaign, then select offline, and your maps should appear.

Where is this mysterious Levels folder? Can't find it (I'm on macOS btw)

You can! At least on macOS: You need to create a folder called Broforce and put the Broforce.app inside, side by side with a folder called Levels. Put all .bfg and .bfc map files there. That's it.
