Isn't this the game that claimed to have a 'single person dev team' that just took assets from other games and tried to pass them off as his own? Then, only when he was called out, said he'd use the profits from the game's sale to actually make his own?

Either he's not a single developer and paid other people for their work, or he is indeed a thief and took assets from other games. The marketing is lying about something.
