There was a deal to get the sequel for free when it's available, for anyone who buys the first game. Does that get added to the account automatically, or is there an e-mail with a code to enter, or what?

Based on how it worked with Bioshock, as well as some Bethesda games, you don't have to redeem any code. It simply gets added to your library. It isn't always instantaneous though; I think the original Bioshock games took a couple of weeks to appear.

Ho preso il primo capitolo a settembre ma non ho ricevuto nessuna notifica che il secondo sarebbe stato gratuito.
