The newly introduced options (see attachment) aren't saved between game runs. They don't get added to the settings.json.
I've taken the screenshot after enabling all those options and, as you can see, they are disabled after starting the game again.

We're aware of the new settings not persisting on relaunch, but thank you for confirming all the same.
