You are correct in your assumption. We were delayed in deploying the build to GOG's team of checkers yesterday and that's on us. It's coming.

The new version is now available, but no achievements are showing up in GOG Galaxy after installing it (at least not yet).

Same im still not getting achievements

The offline installer was updated, but Galaxy's update check doesn't register any (for me, at least). Also, changelog notes are still at 1.5c even through the web library interface. Thus, the update seemingly is yet to be rolled out on Galaxy, achievements included.

The achievements are finally on through Galaxy at the time of this post. Many thanks to the devs for adding them to the GOG version and, of course, for the extra content on the studio's 10th anniversary!

Yep, the achievements are now showing up for me in Galaxy, so it was just a short delay rolling them out. Thanks devs!

Achievements at least on Windows for the GOG version should be working. If your GOG version of Brigador is on Windows and you are for some reason not getting your achievements, then reply to this message please.

It's rare these days to see a dev team actually keeping their word and delivering. Kudos to everyone at Stellar Jockeys for this.

The update came through after using Galaxy's Verify/Repair function, so achievements are up and running. For thr time noticed just one problem with unlocking Original Contract Pt.1 similar to some past reports on Steam's version. Tried following instructions in this post, no luck.

EDIT: restarting Galaxy client once more and/or switching relative control scheme on and off seemingly helped, achievement finally unlocked.

So far, most achievements are working on the Windows GOG version, but I noticed some are not unlocking, for example:

Yellow Raincoats "Kill 100 civilians."
(This presumably also includes the the achievements to kill 1000/10000 civilians, but unconfirmed.)

Terms and Conditions "Complete AWAKE ON FOREIGN SHORES in Campaign mode."
(Did not unlock for me. It currently sits at at 0.2% completed on GOG, so some people unlocked it, though the % is lower than you'd expect compared to the others with a % listed.)

I had to play that mission twice to unlock this achievement.

Two achievements haven't unlocked so far (haven't played that much, just started right after the new update released):
- Complete Awake on Foreign Shores in Campaign Mode
- Kill 100 Civilians

I have completed Awake on Foreign Shores twice now but nothing. Other achievements like Complete Turn It Out or Complete a level at 100% speed unlocked so they seem to work in general.

In general, because the achievements are (to be honest) inconsistent at times, we recommend not only restarting the game but also restarting your GOG Galaxy launcher. Please also make sure you have a steady internet connection - while the game is DRM free, in order for the achievements to pop via the launcher, you do have to be online.
