Approximately every third time I press the "Breach" button to initiate a 'turn's resolution nothing happens. The button goes from orange to grey, as per usual, but both the player's team and the OPFOR remain static. Since there is no mid-mission save or way to recover once this happens, I only have a (2/3)^(# of rounds required to win) chance of getting through a level on any given playthrough. Which is annoying enough to stop playing.

I've adjusted every graphic setting to the baseline minimum, but that doesn't do anything.

I'm running under Windows 10 on an ASUS X550C.

Does anyone have any recommendations?

I am having the same problem, but in my case it seems to happen mainly when an enemy is still alive after a turn. Rarely, my team will freeze at the entry point before the first turn even starts. So far, I haven't found a solution yet, although, as mentioned before, if all enemies are killed upon first entering a room, this doesn't seem to happen.

Same situation with this unplayable game.

With Windows XP, Seven, MacOS X, the same unplayable game.
Seemed to be an interesting game, but it seems to remain a critical bug after 2 years!

Disapointed! Will never buy a game from this studio again.
