My shares percentage is at 50% and no more shares auctions are coming up. I've completed all the quests/missions except for one (which I cannot do).

Should a share auction eventually come (I've played years through the game and one hasn't come up)?

The mission I cannot complete is the broach mission as it requires good standing with the bandits. I cannot get good standing with them as it means losing standing with the union soldiers to the point of them being hostile to me. It makes the game incredibly difficult if you have hostile union soldiers (I've managed to recover once after many hours of gameplay - not doing it again).

I just want to move onto the DLC which I own - but cannot until I complete the main game!
