This game crashes on launch on windows 10. The crash is because of engine.dll. Anyone know any solutions.

You will need something like 7zip to open this sort of archive. Extract the .tar archive and then open that again (no, I don't know why it's double-archived). Bound by Flame is a 32bit game so go into the x32 folder and copy the d3d9.dll and dxgi.dll into the game install folder (where the actual game executable is). https://github.com/doitsujin/dxvk/releases
