Doubt it, it's 5 year old, and is here now as a promotion for Spiders / Focus Home Interactive New Game GreenFall.
Which releases 10th September, unfortunately that's only on Steam, and clearly devs are focussed on that.
Given Vampyr was a Focus Home Interactive published game, and came to GOG a year after Steam release, there is reason to hope this new game won't wait 5 years for a GOG release.

I doubt the devs were involved in this release, this looks like a publisher decision.
I don't see achievements (Don't want to see them), as they require Galaxy, and I never use it.
So I have no idea whether GOG adds them to old games when devs don't, or just provides the ability to the devs.

If GOG doesn't, I doubt devs will, have time, but maybe when GreenFall comes to GOG, they will have both the time, and more importantly, the experience of porting Steam achievements, to GOG, and add them to this older game.
