MonkfishEsq: Is it confirmed that you get the full soundtrack with the humble version? If it is true that's the fucking scummiest thing.
Yes, 23 tracks and a booklet.

garryengly: This annoys me quite a lot... I pre-ordered THINKING it would be an advantage... this is very low of Amanita Design in my opinion. I don't think GoG has much to do with this.

We should be compensated with steam keys and the FULL soundtrack at least I think.

The really low blow is that they announced the bundle today, I would have rather paid $5 and have a cheaper game and it on steam to be honest. Not very happy :/
It is a lame situation and I agree wholeheartedly this isn't GoG's fault.

We should email Amanita Design and politely ask them to give GoG the full soundtrack as we got stiffed with the pre-order by having a demo soundtrack and then with this. Remember though we did get other content with the GoG release.
I think personally it's a bit unethical to do this on release when they've allowed promoting for pre-orders on here and their own site ($10 for the full game and soundtrack).

As for the steam keys, I think it's against what GoG try to accomplish here. If you want them, that is fine but we shouldn't get them with GoG version.

The best we can do is email off asking for them to bump up the GoG version to a full soundtrack and perhaps get an apology from Mrs. Mushroom for liking LCD Soundsystem.

Until then I'm off to enjoy the game, been looking forward to it for weeks.

Well you get 23 songs in it. So I guess it is the full soundtrack, plus the soundtracks for Samorost2 and Machinarium as wellas the 3 games drm free for the low low price of 1cent!

Elbart: Yes, 23 tracks and a booklet.
Wow. Who's fault is this? the devs or gog? because this is just downright fucking despicable.
Sigh, I guess it's best to pay an extra cent to get the rest of the soundtrack that, for some reason, wasn't included in the GOG release...

Ugh.
It's more the fact that I could pay 1 cent and get 3 games and their soundtracks while I paid $8.99 on gog for 1 game and only 3 tracks.

Everything they've done has made people assume that gog was the only place to get Botanicula and then the devs turn around and pull this shit.

I've half a mind to get a refund from gog then just pay 1c for the humble bundle.

As TheEnigmaticT mentioned in this post, we've just learned about this - at the very same moment you guys did.

Ah okies. You can never really tell with these kinds of things if it was the developers or someone else but this is clearly the devs being shitlord scumbags.
i think this could be easily solved so dont be angry now when u dont knwo what will happen. play the game instead its actually QUTIE FUCKING EPIC!!
EDIT: WOW that himble bundeli sa mazing, really crazy thing to do for amanita design. just bought it even if I own machinarium on steam and as seperate copy from before and just bought and installed botanicula on GOG. but fro the soundrack alone its really worth it. and u get movie Kooky!! but did u really get a booklet with botanicula?
Yeah. It really is amazing of them to have gog and gamersgate promote their game and on the day of release go behind their backs to release it on the humble bundle for basically FREE with full soundtracks and steam keys.

Amazingly shitty.
As a member of the official Amanita forum, I've seen a baffling decline in sharing information, and lack of communication on their part. Right to the point where none of the studio's members are actually talking to their fans, sending out newsletter, or telling us how they're getting on with their games (Botanicula and Samorost 3).
There are a number of mods who're doing their best to put up news and guess Amanita's next step.

But apart from that, absolute silence. They haven't even told us why they've pulled the 30min Botanicula 'demo' from OnLive.

Anyway, thanks to their attitude I haven't pre-ordered their game (even though I bought a couple of copies of Samorost 2 and Machinarium back when they were both full price). Can't say this whole thing surprises me.
I got the game on preorder because i wanted to give full support to the devs, but this action trully baffles me. Why?? Amanita design? Why??? Why not in a month????? That I would understand. But on the initial release???
I just got a minimum price purchase of humble to get the full soundtrack... ;/

Maybe this episode will cure some people from the need of being the first, having something now, being unpatient. You were falling on advertisement, on getting you hot to buy the game as soon as possible.
I cannot stand those people. In former times they were waiting in line at the game shop to get the newest release of C&C Tiberian Sun. Nowadays they pre-order as soon as possible and overload the download servers on release date.
Now _this_ is what you got for your impatience. So shut up complaining, it is how it is. Play the game and be happy! :)
