I'm tyring to play Bombshell on my new rig - 3070 card (worked fine on my old 960).

When the game starts, it plays the 3D Realms intro movie at 720p resolution, then CTDs without an error.

Any thoughts on how to fix? Running as administrator doesn't solve.

I'm having the same problem on my new laptop.

Workaround seems to be run Bombshell.exe in Binaries\Win32 directly (the 64bit exe doesn't work for some reason).


UPDATE: There seems to be an issue with some Intel generation 10/11 CPUs in conjunction with network stuff, the workarounds are:

* Disable network adaptors
* Block the executable from network access (windows firewall, netlimiter, etc)
