I have never played this game, and according to PCGamingWiki, the best way to play this game is by installing the 2.0 patch, or the 2.2 patch... I don't really know. And the thing is, I don't know if I don't even need to install anything, because maybe it is already patched.

Anyone knows what version this game has, and if any patch should be installed to fix bugs and so on ?

As the previous poster has already said, no further patches need to be installed. The features of the 2.0 update are included in any case. You can (unfortunately) recognise this by the fact that you can no longer turn the camera with the mouse when driving cars, but steer with it. But believe me, the fixes are still worth it.

if you right mouse click when driving you can actualy see behind the car. Either i never tried this before or it is new?

That's not what I mean, but I think you could always look behind you, but it's been a long time.

But Before patch 2.0 you could drive with the keyboard and look around freely with the mouse, that's not possible after patch 2.0. But the countless fixes of that patch are absolutely necessary.

Isn't there 2 third person camera views?

F10 is the fixed camera but F11 lets you move the camera with the mouse.

It can't be based on last EU patch 2.0 because I already found 2 things that are fixed in 2.0 but not in the digital release.

I see people on steam arguing this is based on an older version but so far I haven't run into any more bugs then when I played Patch 2.0 on the GOG version.

Simple. I've checked a few things that are fixed and noted in patch 2.0
Patch 2.0 Fixes
Boat which appeared to be filled with water / Boat trace disappears and flockers under some viewing angles
Flowers in Granny's hands
And these things as I pinned in the last post, they are not fixed in the digital release. But in my DVD version 2.0 and Russian version 2.2 they are fixed.

Digital release version is US/EU 1.0
So I've been researching it for 3 days and it's pretty clear that there is no patch applied.Here I will describe a few things that are not fixed and where they have been fixed:

21/06/05 - US 1.1 / 30/05/05 - RU 1.0 CD/DVD / 10/06/05 - EU 1.1 Patch
The entrance to Don Pedro's villa located at the river was inaccessible due to the game positioning the character in the water when exiting a boat. A ladder was added; -Not applied!
NPC now try avoid obstacles when moving, reply when being shot at, animation and position are correct; -Not applied!
22/07/05 - RU 2.0 CD/DVD Patch
When shooting at the curtain in the operating room of the hospital, the sound of the metal does not sound; -Not applied!
Added signs <-> <+> in the settings menu; -Not applied!
02/08/05 - EU 2.0
Flowers next to Granny's hands; -Not applied!
Added signs <-> <+> in the settings menu; -Not applied!
