Okay good work.
First i had to uninstall the game since i installed it in the wrong folder your patch.
The path on gog should be this:
C:\GOG Games\BoilingPoint\gamedata\BoilingPoint
Then i noticed my save games were gone and i had to manually set the save.ini as i backed up my save games and put it back in the save folder
Opening the save ini with a notepad and i had like only 3 quicksave listed but not the other ones

So i changed the save ini and now the save file works

Yeah i had like 7 manual saves without quicksave and this is just an example what to do. The first manual save was named save04 and the last was save10

Anyway thanks again i already noticed a few things like cars actually driving in a city and checked the old granny by the bank and she now does have flowers in a basket or what ever you call it.
